Office 365 becomes Microsoft 365
New name, same apps, more benefits
On April 21, 2020, Office 365 changes name to Microsoft 365. Your subscription still includes the applications and services you have today, for example premium office apps such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as 1 TB cloud file storage in OneDrive.
The transition from Office 365 to Microsoft 365 on April 21, 2020 is done automatically and you do not have to do anything.

Microsoft Editor
Be clearer and more precise when writing text online, including on most social media sites, with your new intelligent writing assistant Microsoft Editor, which wil be available as an extension for Microsoft Edge or Chrome browsers. The app is available from April 21st.
Extended technical support
As of tomorrow, you will also receive ongoing technical support for Windows 10 via chat or phone (hours may vary by language), plus all the apps included in your Microsoft 365 subscription. The extended technical support is available from April 21st.
