Embedded Power BI in NAV 2017
With Dynamics NAV 2017, you can view your Power BI reports directly in your Role Center in Navision.
User accessibility
The new integration in NAV 2017 works with both the free and paid version of Power BI. Therefore, the user can get interactive reports directly into the role center in Dynamics NAV regardless of which version you use. The reports can both be adapted to each individual person or the individual role level.
Using Power BI Reports in NAV 2017
Once selected, a Power BI report embedded within the Role Center is interactive. The reports can be filtered bu using the available tools. The report data is updated according to update settings in Power BI.
