As an alternative to collecting payments through bank transfer or credit card, you can offer your customers to pay through their PayPal account. When you send an invoice or sales order through e-mail, there is added a PayPal link in the email and in the attached PDF document. When the customer follows the link, his PayPal account page is displayed with payment details for completion of the order. The customer can then easily pay the invoice as any other PayPal payment.

In Dynamics NAV 2017 PayPal Payments payment service is integrated as an extension and is now ready to be activated. Electronically submitted invoices can now contain links that leads on to PayPal.
